We are looking for a seasoned Performance Marketing Manager who will be responsible for leading the development of strategy, execution and measurement of all performance marketing campaigns which will focus on customer acquisition via online channels and lead generation. Being part of the global Marketing team, we expect you to be the strongest voice of what best in class performance marketing looks like inside MILVIK BIMA. This is an individual contributor role with a significant potential for growth and global impact. The role will be based in Singapore, which is one of our three global hubs. The role will work closely with in country Marketing and Sales teams.

We are looking for people with a strong mix of the following:

  • Around 7 to 10 years work experience in performance marketing in a regional or global role.
  • Currently based in Singapore.
  • Develop performance marketing strategies and tactics based on business and marketing goals.
  • Have a good understanding of overall marketing process and how performance marketing fits into it.
  • Drive and accelerate online marketing performance, in support of revenue and margin targets.
  • Ensure media investments are done in the most efficient manner in order to achieve campaign goals – i.e. revenue, leads, awareness etc. with high levels of ROAS. In order to do this, you should be able to develop appropriate media plans, bid strategies, conduct advanced analytics and be able to do campaign insight generation.
  • Strong analytical skills and able to utilise data to make metrics driven decisions
  • Collaborative capabilities with the ability to work with in country marketing and sales teams.
  • Have very high, hand on knowledge of the advertising tools of Meta, Google, Tik Tok and others in order to be able to set up, track and measure campaigns.
  • Determine areas of opportunity, design and execute experiments, and present data-driven recommendations that improve current marketing and business practices in order to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
  • Measure, analyze and report performance of your channel and support CMO in driving channel mix and budget decisioning
  • Familiarity with performance KPIs: CPA, CPC, CPI, CPM, Attribution and LTV.
